Vasutti's Leadership Program for Team Leaders which was conducted for my Team at Accenture was one-of-a-kind that blended different aspects including Emotional Intelligence, Self-Awareness, Customer Experience, Quality & Problem Solving along with Feedback and Coaching. From a pilot batch of 20 we covered over 100 Team Leaders in India Philippines and Buenos Aires. The participants felt the program was very experiential and we could see the difference in their development. No wonder the participant rating was 3.9/4.

We engaged Vasutti to help us establish our captive unit in India. They have helped us source the appropriate partner and build a strong foundation as we got started. They further helped identify, facilitated pricing negotiations and enabled the transition with Technology partners for DAAS and CRM.
